Small Group Yoga Therapy Sessions for Persistent Pain

6 small group online yoga therapy sessions with up to six participants in each term, plus half an hour one-to-one introductory meeting with your yoga therapist.

This session is for you if you suffer from pain that has lasted for more than three months. It may be localised pain or systemic.

As well as movement and breathing, we will work with sounds, visualisation and meditation to calm and focus the mind. Information will be shared to help improve quality of sleep and raise self-awareness of lifestyle and dietary habits which can help manage pain. Click here to learn more.

Yoga Therapy for Persistent Pain is delivered by:

Julia Woodham (Available times: Wednesday 3-4pm / Thursdays 3-4pm)

Stacey Landau (Available times: Tuesdays 11.30 - 12.30pm / Wednesday 10.00 - 11.00am)

Christina Jones (Available times: Mondays 10:30 - 11:30am / Tuesdays 1.30 - 2.30pm)

The term will start when at least 3 people sign up for the sessions.

The payment is for 6 one-hour small group sessions (worth £160) plus a 30-minute one-to-one introductory meeting with your yoga therapist (worth £30).
