Yoga for Women's Health – Saturday, 20th May 10.30 am to 1 pm – Online and at Studio One
In this workshop, we will talk about the benefits of having a self-care routine and how stress can affect our hormones and our nervous system. We will discuss how we can adapt our yoga practice to our menstrual cycle. We will also discuss menopause and how yoga can be a supportive tool as we go through different stages of life. We will practice yoga (including gentle movement, breathwork, and yoga Nidra) together. By the end of the workshop, you will have useful tools that you can apply in your daily life.
