Yoga workshop: Tools and techniques for building physical and psychological strength – Saturday 19th October 11am to 1.30pm

In this 2.5 hours workshop, we will talk about the relationship between physical and psychological strength. We will learn Yoga movements that can help us improve our strength. We will discuss the anatomy of the core and its impact on our sense of strength both in our everyday life and in our Yoga practice. We will finish our practice by doing some breathing exercises and a deep relaxation, which allows us to reflect on our sources of strength.

At the end of the workshop, there will be time to share our experiences and ask questions.

This workshop will be delivered by Dr Niloofar Borghei Razavi.
