Small Group Sessions for Chronic Pain with Stacey Landau

These 1 hour sessions will be a combination of gentle movement, breathwork and deep relaxation techniques to support your overall long-term physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

This class would be ideal for anyone who is looking to gain simple and yet effective self-care techniques to:

1) Reduce stress

2) Improve sleep

3) Rebalance the nervous system

4) Ease chronic pain

5) Restore energy and support healing.

You will be engaging in:

Gentle, mindful movement to open the body and ease out tension – creating space for the breath to flow.

Breathwork – we will be ensuring that you are first and foremost breathing correctly. There will be a variety of techniques practiced drawing from both modern and ancient modalities depending on attendees’ requirements.

Deep Relaxation - which will include body scans, visualisations and other techniques - can offer a much-needed rest especially if you are tired and lacking in energy.

These practices can help you become more consciously aware of your body which in turn increases your understanding for knowing what you need.

As well as a yoga mat and/or chair (if more accessible), please have some pillows and a blanket to hand.Make it stand out.
