Small Group Yoga Therapy Sessions for Pelvic and Lower Back Pain
6 small group online yoga therapy sessions with up to six participants in each term, plus half an hour one-to-one introductory meeting with your yoga therapist. During this class we’ll explore some Yoga practices that improve mobility, mood and provide a distraction away from pain. Awareness of breath and breath control can help achieve a calmer, slower respiration and also reduce pain. The term will start when at least 3 people sign up for the sessions.
The payment is for 6 one-hour small group sessions (worth £160) plus a 30-minute one-to-one introductory meeting with your yoga therapist (worth £30).
