Price for six sessions: £160 (£26.5 per session)

Six sessions to help you:
Learn skills to help reduce and manage pain.
Improve mobility, flexibility, stability and balance.
Learn skills to improve posture and alignment in the body and to adopt better, more healthy movement patterns.
Develop better awareness of habitual holding patterns and proprioception - awareness of the position and movement of the body.
Improve awareness of how your body feels, e.g. restricted movement and muscles weakness, areas that need strengthening etc.
Learn skills to calm the mind, (nervous system), reduce stress and develop better coping strategies.
Develop a better understanding of how your body works, function of muscles, joints, and how stress, emotions impact back pain.
